Quick little predictions

Quarterfinal Predictions as they are now set.

Argentina over Germany
Italy over Ukraine
England over Portugal
Brazil over France.

Mexico made Argentina look weak, but I think Mexico's defense is more proven than Germany's. At least they were tested more.

Ukraine doesn't seem to attack goal, even with one of the best attackers in the world with Shevchelski. Italy will score 1 early, go into defensive mode and then get a late goal off a set piece to win 2-0

England is lucky that two and probably 3 starters for portugal will miss the match, and will win on penalties after a Portuguese goal is disallowed in the final minutes of extra time for a bogus foul call in the 6 yard box. Redemption.

I will never pick against brazil, barring a plane crash, crab epidemic or hostage situation.
